Return & Refund Policy
At VastraZone, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We offer a 3-day return policy for eligible products. This means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- A proper unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing:
- The sealed package
- Customer name and address on the shipping label
- The product being unpacked in a single continuous video
Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

- Product images (if damaged or incorrect item received)
- Unboxing Video
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong size/product

with clear photos/videos so our team can review and resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Innerwear or personal-use items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Since many of our products are made-to-order under a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, slight variations in print placement or color may occur and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items received
- Manufacturing defects
For size-related issues, we recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing an order.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- COD order refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
