Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

Since many of our products are made-to-order under a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
• Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unexpected delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email 

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally happen due to logistics issues beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

VastraZone will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available on selected orders and locations.

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that appear suspicious or non-serviceable by courier partners.

Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged or tampered with during delivery, please:

• Refuse delivery if possible
• Record an unboxing video
